Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping
Online orders are billed by Awareness Products Online, Chula Vista, CA, which will appear on your credit card statement.
All orders are processed the following business day. This allows us time to make any changes to your order, if requested. If you need to make a change to your order, please e-mail us immediately at OrderIssues@AwarenessProductsOnline.com and include a copy of this confirmation with your e-mail. Or, you can call us at 1-866-282-6769, before 2:00 PM CST the day your order is placed (Monday-Friday).
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Stacy, Minnesota, with the exception of the custom Aluminum Bracelets and the Plush products, which are shipped directly from the manufacturers. The custom Aluminum Bracelets are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and the Plush is shipped via UPS Ground. All other orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or via FedEx.
If you choose FedEx Next Day Air as your shipping option, your order will arrive within 2 business days from the date you placed the order unless you call us at 1-866-282-6769, before 2:00 PM CST the day your order is placed (Monday-Friday).
If you choose FedEx Ground, your order will arrive in 3 - 7 days (depending how far you are from our warehouse located in Stacy, MN).
If you choose USPS First Class Mail, your order will arrive in 2 - 10 days (depending upon how far you are from our warehouse located in Stacy, MN and the USPS Postal service).
If you choose USPS Priority Mail, your order will arrive in 1 - 3 days on average.
Please allow extra time if your order is being shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska. We cannot guarantee or estimate delivery dates if you choose USPS, as US Mail service varies from state to state.
If you provided an accurate e-mail address during the ordering process, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your SPAM folders to make sure the tracking information is not deleted.
If an order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect mailing or ship-to addresses entered/provided during your ordering process, you will be notified and:
- Asked to provide and/or verify mailing or shipping information
and - Asked if you would like your order re-shipped.
If you would like your order re-shipped, the prevailing shipping rate plus $3.50 will be charged to your credit card for reshipping and handling.
Returns
We have a 100% guarantee on all of our products. If your products is DEFECTIVE due the manufacturing or shipping process only, please return your item(s) within 30 days, and we will give you a full refund for your order, less shipping and handling. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS WHICH WERE PURCHASED FOR FUNDRAISING RE-SALE EFFORTS AND WERE NOT RE-SOLD. To return a DEFECTIVE product, please send us your returns to the following address:

Please include a copy of your packing slip, or your name, address, order number, item number and description of the product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return.
Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including your original online order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing your IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into your credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
