What material are the wristbands made of?
We only use the highest quality 100% silicone, which is a synthetic material.
Can I purchase just one wristband?
The minimum order quantity for the March of Dimes awareness bands is 10 adult size or 10 youth size. The minimum order quantity for the mpower bands is 10 adult size. The STARS STRIPES FOREVER bands are pre-packed with 3 adult and 2 youth size bands. The "KATRINA RELIEF" bands are available in 5 packs of adult size bands. The "WILDFIRE RELIEF" bands are available in packs of 2 adult and 1 youth size bands. Mother's Minder, I LOVE MY BABY, Med Memo and Big Sister/Big Brother bands can be ordered individually.
What size are the wristbands?
Adult size- 203 mm (8 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
Medium size - 190 mm (7.5 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
Youth size- 180 mm (7 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
Child size - 152 mm (6 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
We suggest ordering the youth size if you have a small wrist or like to wear your band "snug" around your wrist. Youth size is available for the March of Dimes and part of the pre-pack in the Operation Military Pride bands only. Child size is available for the Big Sister and Big Brother wristbands only at this time.
How do I know if an item I want exists or is in stock?
If the item is listed, it is available for purchase and may or may not be in stock. Some items may be on backorder and that will be stated clearly in the item description.
ALL ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL COMPLETE. If we are currently out of stock of one or more of the items you are ordering and do not want to wait until your order is complete, please place individual orders for the back ordered items. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
How are the products packaged?
Each product we sell is individually packaged and is suitable for fund-raising sales or gift giving. The wristband packages are labeled for YOUTH or ADULT sizes. The wristband is an ADULT size if no size is indicated on the packaging. The "I'm a Big Brother/Sister" bands are in child size only.

The online store is only able to accept credit cards, bank debit cards or check cards. We are unable to accept orders over the phone. We apologize for any inconvenience. FOR MARCH OF DIMES ORDERS ONLY: If you would like to pay by check or money order, or send in a credit card payment with your mail order form, please go to the Products Page on this site; add the items you want to your "cart"; you will then be in the "Shopping Cart" section of the site; select the method of shipment you want from the drop down menu; then add the total of your products to the total for your shipping. What is a CVV number?
The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On MasterCard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line, directly following the credit card number. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located above the credit card number.
Shipping
What are the available shipping methods, and rates?
During the ordering process you will have an option to have your products shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (certain products qualify for these services depending upon weight and value), FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Express Economy 2 Day, FedEx Express Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx First Overnight. Rates are clearly stated for each product and shipping method before you check out.
Do you ship internationally?
Please note that we are unable to ship March of Dimes Awareness Bands outside of the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Therefore, we will not be processing orders from other any other countries including Canada. All other products will be shipped internationally on a case-by-case basis. When do orders ship?
Orders are processed the following business day after your order is placed (excluding weekends). If we do not encounter any problems with your credit card or shipping address, your product will ship that day unless otherwise noted such as items on backorder. If you chose FedEx as your shipping method, and you provided a valid e-mail address, you will receive an automatic shipping notification from FedEx with the tracking number for your order. Please make sure to check your SPAM folder for this notification.
Returns
We have a 100% guarantee on all of our products. If your product is DEFECTIVE due the manufacturing or shipping process only, please return your item(s) within 30 days, and we will give you a full refund for your order, less shipping and handling. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PRODUCTS WHICH WERE PURCHASED FOR FUNDRAISING RE-SALE EFFORTS AND WERE NOT RE-SOLD. To return a DEFECTIVE product, please send us your returns to the following address:

Please include a copy of your packing slip, or your name, address, order number, item number and description of the product(s) being returned, and the reason for your return.
Fraud Notice:
Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including your original online order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing your IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into your credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
